RETURNS

True Active accepts online returns & exchanges on all full price items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted unless deemed faulty. 

Please ensure that before initiating your return that your return meets the following criteria (unless deemed faulty):

• Item is in new and unused condition

• Item has all original tags attached

• We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale
